TK Sports Ordering & Shipping Terms

To order, you can use our online shopping cart service. Just select the product, choose the options you want (if applicable) then click on the "Add to Cart" button. When checking out, you will be asked for billing information, shipping information and payment information. If you are uncomfortable with ordering online you can:

  • phone us at 780-992-9280 from 9am to 4pm mountain standard time;

  • fax us anytime at 780-992-9280;

  • ;

  • order online but select the "phone me for payment information" option.

Please note that credit card billings are not done live. They are done after the order has been received and manually checked over. That allows us to confirm order details, adjust for any special requests, and to run the payments through a fraud checking service. If there are any concerns or questions with the order or payment, you will receive a phone call to confirm the details.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cheques (Canadian orders only) and Postal Money Orders and all orders must be pre-paid before shipping. We work in Canadian funds but we ship worldwide. If you are paying by cheque or money order, please be aware that there will be an additional delay of 10-15 days before shipping as we need to receive the payment and have it confirmed by the bank before shipping. There are no exceptions. Please make cheques and money orders payable to "TK Sports Inc."

When placing an order online, shipping will be calculated after the order has been received based on your shipping preference. We will send a detailed quote including applicable taxes and shipping for verification and final approval by you. We will also indicate our expected delivery time and shipping method with the quote. Any customs duties and taxes for US and international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse or reject any order without notification of reason or intent. Any orders placed that are discovered to be fraudulent will be forwarded to the proper authorities, including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Fraud Division and Interpol as applicable.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you ordered then we do accept returns. You need to contact us within 30 days of recieving your order for a return confirmation number. No products will be accepted for returns without this number. At that time you will be instructed as to what to do with the product. Please note: we cannot accept returns on product that are damaged from use (ie obvious wear, dirty/worn treads, torn liners, damaged shells). There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping costs to return the product are not refundable.
